Rooms
La struttura non offre l’uso cucina.All bedrooms can be set up with 1 double bed or 2 twin beds (1 small single bed or a crib can be arranged upon request). Each bedroom is very large, finely furniture and characterized by a colored wall; all bedrooms have garden or landscape view. Each room is provided with a private bathroom for exclusive use of room’s guests.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room on ground floor at the most convenient time agreed with the host time by time, between 7.30AM and 9.30AM. Breakfast includes: bread, butter, homemade jams, fresh yogurt, cereals, homemade pies and cookies, mix of Italian prosciuttos and sliced cheeses, baked desserts and seasonal fresh fruit.
Out of the planned hours or in case the host will not be able to serve breakfast at the table, a self-service full buffet will be set up, including hot beverages.
Accessibility
Yellow Room is fully accessible and barriers-free, and it ensures an easy and safe use. It is located on ground floor and provided with a huge glass door connecting the room with the courtyard. Furniture and room setting, together with a private fully accessible bathroom, make the room compatible with the use of any assistive device and available to everyone.
Services
Guests are provided with keys and gate’s remote as to be able to independently access the facility. Bed sheets and blankets, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and body soap are available in each room. For any further need guest are more than welcome to ask the hosts. Each room is equipped with a small TV, air conditioning and underfloor heating. In order to reduce the environmental impact of the facility and its sustainability, solar panels have been installed on the roof.

As an accommodation facility, but above all as people inhabit this land, we are particularly keen to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible, thus choosing to take small actions aimed at safeguarding our future and making our B&B increasingly eco-sustainable.

Hospitality
We are available for check-in from 15:30 to 20; however, the indication of the arrival time is welcome. Check-out is required by 10 am.
For different needs it is possible to make arrangements. You can park your car in the private and fenced courtyard; cycling guests have the opportunity to leave their bicycles in a covered room.
